Cancellation Policy 24 hours advanced notification is required for cancellation of your appointment.

Each customer is required to have a credit card on file. 50% of the booked service(s) value will be charged for: late cancellations, no-shows, or if you arrive beyond ten minutes late, and we are unable to accommodate you.

Please note that to be fair to other clients and our team, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than ten minutes late.
