press? yes!
We're so proud of how far Halo has come. You'll have to forgive us for a little bragging.
"Ok, so I tried out this blow dry bar in Menlo Park this weekend and loved it! Ladies if you ever have a big event, night out, party, or date and you want to have some blown out looks check this place out!So this was my first time at a blow dry bar and I loved it! I wish I would’ve known about this place like for New years, The Triple Ho Show, or my birthday!!"
Menlo Park and Atherton women hooked on the Halo blow dry bar at Town and Country Village in Palo Alto now have a closer alternative to get their fix. A new Menlo location opened today on Gordon Ave. just off the Alameda. The promise is simple: Give us $35 and 45 minutes of your time and leave with “fabulous blown out hair.”
"You go in feeling kind of blah, and you come out feeling really snazzy and ready to go do your thing," says Ellen Mazzoni, 57, a Burlingame resident who treks to Palo Alto once a week for a blow-out at Halo.
"What followed felt like a manicure for the head: my scalp was massaged, my hair washed and in 45 minutes every follicle on my head appeared shiny and new."
"Immaculately blown-dry hair was once the province of celebrities and the wealthy - who else would have the time or money for a $100 blowout at a luxury salon?"
"The beauty bar is modern, fresh, and has a super relaxed atmosphere. They use the latest salon products including a must-have Moroccan oil to protect your hair from the heat and give it a silky smooth finish."
